After an extremely controversial visit to The O2 in September 2010, Guns N Roses have announced a brand new Irish Tour Date for May 2012! Music Scene is delighted to reveal that Guns N Roses will be performing live on stage at The O2 in Dublin on Thursday the 17th of May 2012. Tickets for Guns N Roses live at The O2 Dublin are priced from €64.50 including booking fee and will be on sale from Friday the 3rd of February 2012 through Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide. Guns N Roses previous (and long awaited) studio album, Chinese Democracy debuted at #1 on the Album Charts in thirteen countries including Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Finland, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, as well as the European Top 100 Albums survey.
Chinese Democracy was released on Black Frog / Geffen Records and reached 3 times platinum in Canada as well as platinum status in Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, UK, Argentina, New Zealand and South Africa. The album was also Gold in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary, Holland, Sweden, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Brazil and Colombia. In the U.S., the album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on February 3, 2009.
