The Coronas O2 Dublin 2012 live concert date confirmed for Friday December 14th!

Following their impressive 6 night stint at The Olympia Theatre in Dublin last December 2011, Music Scene is delighted to reveal that The Coronas shall be performing their largest headline concert date in Dublin’s O2 this coming December 2012! The Coronas will be performing live on stage at The O2 in Dublin for a Christmas indoor special on Friday the 14^th of December 2012. Tickets for The Coronas live at The O2 Dublin are priced from €39 including booking fee and will be on sale from Friday the 30^th of March 2012 through Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide. The Coronas sold out a Marlay Park headline concert in July 2011 as well as their 6 nights at The Olympia Theatre in Dublin during December 2011 – an incredible achievement for the Dublin band whose rise in popularity has been steady and consistent with repeat hit record releases.

The Coronas’ high energy live shows and repeat hit albums have created a relentless army of hardcore fans across the country now exploding worldwide, that most bands can only dream of. They were also special guests on The Script’s previous European Tour and not so long ago, The Coronas returned from a US Tour that included sell out shows in New York, Vancouver and San Francisco. Sir Paul McCartney personally requested that they open his Dublin show at The RDS during the Summer of 2011. The Coronas’ debut album ‘Heroes or Ghosts’ has exceeded double platinum sales, not to mention the success of their follow up LP’s.

The Coronas’ 3rd studio album ‘Closer to You’ was released in November 2011 and still manages to rack up sales on a weekly basis. ‘Closer To You’ is The Coronas’ fastest selling album to date and has officially received platinum status in Ireland.
