Michael Bublé, the biggest selling male solo artist this century has announced five nights in the intimate setting of The O2 Dublin scheduled for July 2013. “We have been inundated with enquires ever since Michael Bublé announced he was planning to return to Ireland, I can’t think of a better Christmas present!” stated Eamonn O’Connor, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Ireland. Michael Bublé last played here in 2010 when he sold out two Aviva Stadium shows, selling over 110,000 tickets. Referring to the concerts, Michael Bublé stated “The greatest two nights of my life. That was unbelievable. We had so much fun in Dublin”. Ticketmaster is opening all across the country at 8am this Friday to meet the demand for tickets. Michael Bublé’s landmark residency at London’s O2 Arena in June and July of next year sold out in an instant, when they went on sale recently. The residency marks the second longest run of dates ever performed at the venue by a male solo artist after Prince.

Michael Bublé has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on his new studio album which is scheduled to be released around late March 2013, so fingers crossed we’ll get to hear plenty of his new material before he hits The O2 Dublin with some new songs this coming July 2013.
