Review of ‘Lions’ single by Vinci

Lions‘ is the debut single from Dublin folk-rock saviours Vinci. Available right now via iTunes, this track epitomises hard work and highlights a collective who surely seem to have already mastered their craft. Reminiscent of a concoction which would include Mumford & Sons, Kaleo and Paolo Nutini; ‘Lions‘ quite honestly, deserves more than just a couple of shots over Irish radio waves, as it completely holds itself firmly above many recent releases from our homegrown talent throughout 2016. Plain and simple – it’s epic.

Produced by Philip Magee who also takes the helm for the likes of Kodaline and The Script to name but a few, this venture is surely the beginning of something beautiful and we have no doubt that Vinci are destined for greatness… and we haven’t even passed level one of their international multi-player.

Check out ‘Lions‘ right here on Music Scene and if your diary has a vacant space on Friday, December 2nd 2016 – go check them out within the intimate surroundings of The Grand Social in Dublin for the official single launch. Click here to buy tickets before the bandwagon starts moving.
