Morrissey is back! After signing a healthy new record deal with BMG, the ex-Smiths frontman turned solo star shall follow up on his 2014 LP ‘World Peace Is None Of Your Business‘ with a November 2017 release brewing at present. Entitled ‘Low In High-School‘, the new Morrissey album was recorded in France and Rome over the past few months and is produced by Joe Chiccarelli – whose previous work includes the likes of Frank Zappa, The Strokes and Beck.

Korda Marshall of BMG spoke about his new music, stating: “There are not many artists around today that can compare to Morrissey. He is an extraordinary talent. He is prodigious, literate, witty, elegant and above all, courageous. His lyrics, humour and melodies have influenced many generations. The music on this new landmark record will speak for itself and we are delighted to welcome him to BMG.

To help launch this new album – a massive show at The Hollywood Bowl has already been confirmed for Friday November 10th, with more tour dates due to follow shortly!
